FAQ - Steven West

1. How can I pay for a print?

All payment is securely handled by the professional lab that prints your request and ships the art work to you.

2. Can I crop prints to my own liking?

Once you have found a print you like and click on the size you are interested in, you will see a frame around the print that can be moved and resized to exactly the crop you would like.

Visit this link for detailed information on cropping.

3. How are prints shipped to me?

Prints are shipped to the shipping address you provide at checkout and all items are shipped flat or in container boxes.  To preserve quality, prints are not shipped rolled.

4. What is the transparent blue frame around some prints that appears when choosing a print size?

When choosing a print with a 'Traditional Canvas' or 'Thin Wrap' finish, a semi-transparent blue border appears on the print.  This blue border represents the area that will be wrapped around the side of the mount and not displayed on the surface of it.

For a detailed explanation and to see examples of how crops work with these finishes, you can click on the 'see more' link that appears after you have chosen your preferred finish.

5. What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with a print and you contact SmugMug directly within 30 days you can request a full refund or print.

Note: If you’ve completed your purchase using a different currency than USD, the refund amount may not exactly match the purchase price due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
